Built a small AI assistant agent in VSCode using Python and LangChain to answer customer and pricing questions. It follows a ReAct-style architecture with tool use (CRM lookup, pricing retrieval, and a knowledge-base RAG tool), dynamically selects the right tool per query, and generates a final response.
